Booking Cancellation Policy
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, to be a global pandemic. We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind.
NB* Refunds
For local bookings we are able to send a voucher to re-book your accommodation when the lockdown has ended and everyone is able to safely reopen businesses and travel. The voucher will not include from dates 16th December – 6th January which is our peak season over Christmas.
Due to the lockdown and Covid-19 crisis bookings have been affected over the last few months and the tourism sector has declined resulting in financial devastation. Since the sudden announcement of the lockdown which started at midnight on March 26th all of our bookings and revenue have ground to a halt as I am sure with most businesses. We unfortunately do not have funds available until we are able to claim from the insurance, I am aware of the inconvenience caused to everyone but please be assured that your deposit is insured and will be refunded as soon as we receive a pay-out.
The Governments around the world have all acted in the best interest of the population and we wish you all the best through this difficult time. Please keep safe and well and those who are planning to return we look forward to meeting you in this beautiful place.
